Important: If you download your account data, it doesn’t delete it from Trustedoctor’s servers.

You can export and download your data from Trustedoctor when your account is active.

We divide your data into categories:

If you are logged into the Trustedoctor Platform use this link (https://trustedoctor.com/account/settings/data-portability) and skip to step 2.

Step 1

access www.trustedoctor.com and sign in to your account:

In the main page after to login, rollover the mouse in your name at the top of the page and then click in Settings:

In the Account Settings page, click on the Terms & rights tab:

Scroll down the page, find the section Data Portability and click on Check More.

Step 2

This page shows you all the categories in which we organize your data.

To download them click on the category you want to download and it will collapse presenting you the information, format, instructions and the download button:

Important: if you have files in the User Data Cloud you have to collapse the folder (click on the folder that you want to check), select the file (click over it) you want and click on the button Download Selected File.

To download another file, select the new file and click on the button again.
