There are two ways of uploading your medical records on Trustedoctor platform:

A) You can upload your medical records into your Medical Cloud in your Patient Profile. Please click on Add a record and provide Record details. Later you can attach these documents to your consultation enquiry.

B) You can also upload your medical records at the time of sending a consultation enquiry (step 4). Click on Attach files and select the ones you want to upload and attach.
