Doctor or their secretary will provide you with a personalised enquiry link. In order to send a consultation enquiry to a doctor, please click on the link and follow the 5-step process:

1. Sign in or Register
​2. Fill in requester information
​3. Fill in enquiry details
​4. Attach medical records
​5. Describe your case

Doctor will then review your case and, if accepted, will suggest date and time slots for the consultation. You can then book the most convenient slot for you.
