According to the terms and conditions, in the case of cancellation within the last 24 hours, prior to the appointment, the patient will still be charged the full consultation amount. However, we will take into account any extenuating circumstances.

The payment feature will be discontinued by July 31th 2024. Consultations scheduled after this date should be cancelled and will be automatically refunded to the same payment method selected.
