Step 1: You can accept, cancel or assign an enquiry using relevant buttons on the enquiry details page,
Step 2: Once you accepted the enquiry, you can choose the consultation type, set a price and propose time slots for the consultation. You can suggest several slots and the patient can choose the most convenient one.
Step 3: Patient receives a notification about accepted enquiry and can proceed with booking the time slot.
Step 4: When booked, notification about the upcoming call or pending second opinion is sent.
