My consultation screen stopped working during the video consultation. How can I retrieve my session?

If you encounter any technical issues during your consultation, please check your Internet connection and click on the Refresh call button at the bottom of the consultation screen. If this does not help, restart your computer and log in again to your patient account. Please, go to the enquiry details card and the screen will automatically turn into a consultation room.

Please note that doctor can always extend the video session if any connection problems occur.
